iron infusion

St Martins Medical offers in-clinic Iron Infusions. The doctor will discuss this as an option for iron replacement if you meet the criteria. Our nurses are able to administer this in the clinic.

You will be required to be at the practice for approximately one hour.

This includes going over the procedure, reviewing a patient handout, signing a consent form, administration of the intravenous infusion (over 15 mins), continuous monitoring and waiting for 20 minutes post infusion to assess for side effects.
