b4 school checks

The B4 School Check aims to identify and address any health, behavioural, social, or developmental concerns which could affect a child’s ability to get the most benefit from school, such as a hearing problem or communication difficulty.

Our B4SC are completed by Nurse Angela and Nurse Amanda, and  they will send out information for your child around their 4th birthday to book a time that suits to have this completed. If you have not heard from then by the time your child is 4 years and 6 months please contact the Practice on 337 0991.

Our nurses are happy to discuss this with you further at your childs’ 4 year old immunisation appointment.
